To bid at our online auction, you will need to pre-register to bid for the auction day. Go to the auction section and register to bid in order to do so. To bid on the auction day, go to the lot page where you will see the bidding panel.  Once your account setup is complete and you have logged into your account, you will be able to place a bid on the lot page when bidding commences.
Most of our properties will have viewings at the property addresses available prior to the auction day.
To book a viewing, go to the auction lot list and click on the lot that interests you. If viewings are available, they will be listed on the lot page. Simply click book a viewing on the timeslot that suits to receive an e-mail confirmation of your appointment. It’s important to book a viewing in case there is any late changes to the appointment whereby we can notify you.
If viewings are not listed on the lot page, you can register your interest to view and we will notify you if viewing slots become available.
Below you can find some helpful guidance whether you are a buyer or a seller which will explain the auction process to you in further detail:
We advise that you view the legal documents on the lot you intend to bid on prior to the auction day.
To access the legal documents in the current auction, go to the lot listing and click on the lot you are interested in. There will be a legal documents tab on the lot description and bidding page where you can access them. It will ask you to sign in or create an account if you haven’t already done so. Once logged in you can download the documents, or if no documents are available you will receive an email notification when the legal pack has been uploaded/updated.
Please make sure you read the special conditions of sale as this will usually confirm the completion timeframe and any fees payable on completion.
